The meter box is the property and responsibility of the home owner, however, if the meter box needs replacing, NIE Networks will assist by turning off the power whilst your electrical contractor replaces the meter box.
Our online applications service is currently a beta version. We would welcome any feedback on how we can improve this service for customers.
