NIE Networks is proud to announce our new Vulnerable Customer Team – dedicated to providing support and assistance to those in our community that may require additional help with their electricity service.

Whilst NIE Networks always helped and supported our vulnerable customers, this new team re-emphasises our commitment to delivering the best possible level of support.

The team is made up of two Vulnerable Customer Agents Paul Reid and SinĂ©ad McAlinden and the Vulnerable Customer Manager Natasha Crooks.

Speaking about the new role, Natasha Crook said;

“I have worked in NIE Networks for 3 and a half years and I am excited to take up this new role. I understand that some of our customers may require extra support due to their circumstances, I want to ensure that they receive the best possible level of service. Contacting a large organisation can be daunting and if a customer needs a helping hand it is my role to ensure we are there for them.”

There are currently various ways we can help our vulnerable customers.  NIE Networks is a JAM Card friendly organisation.
